Scientific Anticipation
is the predicate of safety
that prevents nature from being
a constant set of tragic events.
The Wars are over when
there are no more battles
to be fought.
And until this blessed era begins we have a moral obligation to provide our military with every advantage
for the sake of the most efficient victory attainable!
